Evan Slagle    (Founder, Head Engineer)   Originally hailing from the United States, Evan Slagle grew up the majority of his life in Hong Kong. Coming from a background rock n roll and punk rock, he began playing drums in several bands across Asia before moving back to the United States for University. After spending 4 years in Baltimore Maryland to complete his bachelors degree in fine arts, he moved to New York to pursue djing and music production more extensively. Within 2 years he was a Dubspot Academy graduate, studying under some of today's the leading musicians and producers. His passion for music production and Djing lead him in becoming a member of The Chainsmokers team in early 2013. He took the challenge of moving back to Asia to open up his own shop, The Record Room. The rest is History.

Gideon De Kock    (Studio Engineer)   Hailing from Cape Town, South Africa, Gideon cut his teeth in the music industry as a bass player for several prolific bands from 2007 - 2013. These bands included Goodnight Wembley (Sony Music Africa), Yes Sir! Mister Machine and Fire Through The Window etc. During this time he completed his studies in Sound Engineering and discovered a passion both behind the scenes and as a performer.   He would continue on to produce and host a weekly podcast/radio show called The Ritalin Thieves, where they focused on the local, and predominantly European, underground Electronic music scene.  Now based in Hong Kong, Gideon joins us as our resident tracking and mix engineer
